Öznur, graduated from Anatolian University Economy Department, She went to Oxford College for Business English Education.

Öznur had started her career in the Istanbul Branch Outsourcing Department of Arthur Andersen, has continued her career in the E&Y Ankara Branch due to the merger of Arthur Andersen and E&Y in Turkey and while she was working as the Manager of the Ankara Branch’s Outsourcing Department

She established IA, and continued outsourcing services under the name of Independent Accountants Company due to the closure of the department.
