With this regulation, we recommend that you do not miss the important opportunities offered to our valued customers and all taxpayers in the structuring and payment of tax and public debts.

According to the legislation, you can re-structure your administrative fines such as taxes and penalties that belong to the periods before 31 August 2020 and are within the scope of the Tax Procedure Law, which are finalized as of 17 November 2020.

You can make your application until 31.12.2020 at www.gib.gov.tr, via e-devlet, the interactive tax office or by applying to the Tax Office in person or by mail.

If you pay your debt in CASH until 01.02.2021, it is possible to pay 90% discount on PPI (Producer Price Index) and 25% discount on administrative fines.

It is also possible to pay in 2 monthly installments up to 6-9-12-18 months.
